Daily Requirements
1. Daily Weigh-In: Every morning before breakfast. Results published as a daily log (site + YouTube).
2. Video/Photo Verification: Four standardized poses — front, side, back in slow 360° ivideo — in full black bodysuit and collar, hands on head; posture and uniform neatness mandatory. Professional posture check only.
3. Public Record: All daily documentation remains permanently viewable as evidence of obedience and service.
Weekly Requirements
1. Weekly Recap Video: Posted Mondays summarizing weight, performance, and compliance status.
2. Written Log: Week #, weight, change vs. prior week, goal status.
3. Photo Evidence: One standardized photo holding a sheet labeled with date + weekly weight.
Professional Application
Discipline supports housekeeping and janitorial performance: uniform standards, physical readiness, punctuality, and reliability in service.
