Questions and terms
Who will be entering my home?
Maid Ray Berry. Maid Ray Berry LLC is owner-operated: the person you book is the person who arrives, performs the work, and takes responsibility for the result. Over five years in hospitality and private-household service in coastal Georgia.
What does Maid Ray Berry LLC provide?
Maid Ray Berry LLC provides professional housekeeping and agreed household assistance only. All requests must be lawful, safe, respectful, and included in the written service agreement.
How is service arranged?
Tell me the service, your area and timing. I review the request, and the scope and schedule are confirmed in writing before an appointment is booked. Service is by arrangement; additional work is agreed separately.
Can I give instructions and review the result?
Yes. Your household preferences and priorities form part of the agreed work: which rooms come first, how you prefer beds made, products you don't want used, areas that should not be disturbed. You are welcome to inspect the work, and a missed agreed task will be corrected under the terms of the service agreement.
What should I do before a visit?
Arrange the agreed access, tell me about delicate surfaces or products to avoid, and identify anything that should not be touched. Follow the pet and preparation arrangements we agreed. Full details are in the service terms.
What equipment do you bring?
Cart, microfiber cloths, mop and cleaning products arrive with me; the full list is on The Kit. Vacuum arrangements are confirmed when the scope is agreed.
Which uniform will be worn?
The working uniform (tunic, apron and trousers) is standard for active housekeeping. The traditional service dress is available for appropriate household and lighter domestic-service assignments.
Where do you work?
Pooler, Savannah and surrounding communities. Northeast Florida by arrangement, confirmed when service is requested.
How do I reach you?
Call or text 912-912-MAID (912-912-6243), or email maid@maidrayberry.com. Requests are answered personally.
