What I collect, why, and what I never do with it.

Through the request form: your name, email address and/or phone number, city or ZIP code, the service requested, timing, approximate property size, and anything you write in the notes.

When you become a client: your service address, access arrangements, household preferences, pet information, and the written scope of work.

Automatically: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The web host may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security.

To reply to your request, agree the scope of work, schedule and perform service, and keep in touch about your appointments.

To keep records of what was agreed and performed, and to resolve any question about the work.

Not for marketing lists, newsletters or advertising. You will not be added to any mailing list.

Formspree processes the request form and delivers your submission to me by email. Formspree’s handling is governed by its own privacy policy.

Email and phone providers carry our correspondence in the ordinary way.

No client information is sold, rented or shared with anyone else, except where required by law or where necessary to protect safety.

What I see, hear or learn in your home stays private. I do not photograph the inside of a client’s home without written permission, and I do not publish client photographs, addresses or names.

Keys and access codes are stored securely and separately from your address. See the access terms.

Inquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records (agreements, correspondence and service notes) are kept for the duration of the arrangement and up to three years afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted.

You may ask at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to maid@maidrayberry.com; I respond within 30 days.

Records are kept in password-protected accounts and devices. Please do not send door codes, alarm details or payment-card information through the website form.

This site and its services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This policy may be updated as the service develops. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are notified to current clients directly.
