Service Has a Standard.
Uniform alone doesn't create good service. Behavior does. These are the commitments I work to on every assignment.
- 01
I Report Properly
I arrive in the appropriate uniform with the agreed equipment and a clear understanding of the assignment.
- 02
I Listen Before I Work
Tell me your priorities and household preferences. I follow the agreed directions and ask when a detail needs clarification.
- 03
Quiet, Courteous Service
Some households prefer conversation; others prefer quiet. I respect your preference and keep my attention on the work. Clients are addressed formally unless they ask otherwise.
- 04
Focused Work
I work systematically and keep unnecessary distractions out of the appointment. I don't use client seating, food or facilities beyond what the work requires. Necessary safety, access and service communication remains part of doing the job properly.
- 05
Inspection Is Welcome
Review the agreed work with me when practical. Specific feedback helps identify a missed task or an expectation that needs clarification.
- 06
Correction Doesn't Require an Argument
If something within the agreed service needs correction, my first objective is to correct it, not defend it. Let me know and I will arrange to put the missed work right under the terms of the service agreement. New tasks are agreed separately.
- 07
No Ordinary Housekeeping Task Is Beneath the Uniform
Cleaning toilets, removing trash, scrubbing floors, changing linens and dealing with unpleasant messes are parts of housekeeping. The purpose of looking like a maid is to work like one.
- 08
Client Confidentiality
I handle household information discreetly. Public use of client photographs requires separate permission. The privacy and access terms in the service agreement explain the details and applicable exceptions.
- 09
Professional Boundaries
Instructions must be lawful, safe, respectful, and within the agreed housekeeping or household services. Personal commitments are not part of a client assignment.
