A Day with Maid Ray
What a routine housekeeping visit looks like, from arrival to the final walkthrough. Times are illustrative for a visit of about three and a half hours; your appointment follows the scope agreed for your home.
- 8:55 AM
Arrival
Maid Ray arrives prepared and in uniform, with the cart, cloths and products listed on The Kit.
- 9:00 AM
Assignment review
Your written scope and household instructions are reviewed before work begins. Questions about priorities, products or areas to leave untouched are settled now, not guessed at later.
- 9:10 AM
Service begins
Work follows the agreed scope room by room, in the order that suits your priorities. If time becomes limited, the areas you marked as priorities come first.
- 12:20 PM
Final inspection
A walkthrough of every agreed area against the scope: surfaces, fixtures, floors, trash and your specific instructions. Supplies are collected, and doors, windows and lights are left as instructed.
- 12:35 PM
Completion summary
You receive a short written summary: areas completed, any requested additions, and anything observed that you may want to know about, such as a loose fixture or worn caulk.
- Afterward
Correction, if needed
If an agreed task was missed, tell me within 24 hours and I will return and correct it, as set out in the service terms.
Tell Your Maid How You Want It Done
The visit is built around your instructions: which rooms receive priority, how you prefer beds made, products you don't want used, and areas that should not be disturbed.
Clear instructions help me provide better service.
