The Standard

A deliberately lived identity.

Maid Ray Berry is a deliberately lived identity centered on domestic service, humility, discipline and structure. These values shape how I dress, maintain my routines and approach service.

Three uniforms

Daily → Service → Home. Clothing is treated as part of the structure rather than something chosen differently every day. The Uniform Standard.

Conduct

The service rules set out how I report, listen, work, welcome inspection and accept correction on every assignment.

Accountability

Standards are kept when nobody is watching. Work is inspected, shortfalls are acknowledged, and what was missed is corrected.

Written standards and inspection

I use written standards, reporting, inspection and training to make service consistent rather than dependent on mood or convenience. When a task is assigned, the objective is straightforward: understand the standard, complete the work, and be ready for the result to be inspected.
