I enjoy the practical side of service: preparing a room, handling the details, and leaving the agreed spaces ready to use. I prefer structure, and I like knowing what is expected of me and being accountable for whether I accomplished it.
Maid Ray is intentionally owner-operated. When you book me, I am the person who arrives, performs the work, and takes responsibility for the result.
The uniform is part of how I present that commitment. What matters most is how I care for your home and complete the work we have agreed.

Twenty Years in Uniform
Twenty years separate these photographs, but the instinct toward service never disappeared. What began as an interest in the maid’s uniform has become something far more grounded: a commitment to showing up, taking direction, doing the work properly, and being accountable for the result.
Today, the uniform is more than an image. It represents the standard I intend to work by.
Twenty years later, I’m still Maid Ray—only now I’m putting the uniform to work.
Outside my housekeeping work, I maintain a separate personal accountability project. It is not part of the services offered here or a condition of being a client.
