Personal · The Structure

Submission is measurable.

For me, submission is not simply a profile label or an aesthetic. It is something I deliberately practice through rules, routines, permission, accountability, domestic service, external oversight, and correction.

I have chosen to make parts of ordinary life subject to structure rather than impulse.

Permission

Some decisions are deliberately no longer treated as automatic simply because I want something. When permission is required, I ask. A yes means yes. A no means no. Conditions are followed as given.

The point is not pretending that I lack choices. The point is choosing beforehand which choices I will submit to external standards.

Financial accountability

My discretionary spending operates within agreed limits and controlled channels. Certain purchases, subscriptions, financial accounts, and changes require approval.

Running out of available discretionary money or receiving a denial is not permission to find another payment method.

Device accountability

Personally controlled devices are part of the structure as well. Device supervision, application approval, schedules, and restrictions can be used to make circumvention visible and inconvenient.

A second device, alternate account, different application, or technical workaround is not an acceptable escape from an agreed restriction.

Routine and reporting

Accountability requires evidence.

That includes regular reviews, reporting, reconciliation, disclosure of violations, and maintaining the systems that make compliance verifiable.

I do not consider a rule meaningful if it exists only when someone happens to be watching.

Public accountability

I am currently in a documented weight-loss commitment, kept under public accountability. Discipline that applies only to the work is not discipline; the same standard applies to diet, exercise and daily conduct.

No loopholes

The standard is the purpose of the rule as well as its literal wording.

“I found a way around it” is not compliance.

If an action is clearly intended to defeat an agreed restriction, finding a technical method that was not specifically listed does not make it acceptable.

Correction

Mistakes and deliberate circumvention are not treated identically.

When I violate an agreed standard, the response can include additional reporting, reduced discretion, tighter controls, reconciliation, or restoration of restrictions. The purpose is predictable correction—not arbitrary punishment.

Home Uniform

When at home but not actively serving, the standard uniform is a unitard. It is also the normal sleeping uniform. The intention is to keep private home clothing extremely simple and eliminate the need for a separate casual wardrobe.

The Collar

A locked collar is worn at all times. It is a permanent part of every uniform: daily, service and home.

Service

This structure ultimately supports the identity I am trying to live: useful, disciplined, orderly, accountable, and oriented toward service.

Domestic service is therefore not separate from Maid Ray Berry. It is one of the clearest practical expressions of the identity.

Clients

Who holds the structure

This structure is held privately with an accountability partner. It does not extend to housekeeping clients.

Professional housekeeping bookings remain ordinary client-service relationships and do not create any personal authority or power-exchange relationship. Clients receive housekeeping and agreed household assistance under the service terms.
