Finished wood gets a residue-free hardwood cleaner used sparingly, stone gets a pH-neutral stone cleaner, and anything fragile or irreplaceable is identified before the first visit and left alone if you prefer. Oil-finished or waxed floors are discussed before any product is used.
Short-term rental and B&B turnovers
Turnovers are performed against your checklist: a full clean of the unit, beds remade, bathrooms and kitchen reset, trash out, and any damage or missing items reported to you the same day.
